Jay Sanford leads as the Director of the Rhode Island Devils Baseball Organization. A retired US Marine Corps Veteran with years of service to our country, Sanford has accumulated over 300 wins during his coaching career with the Devils. His leadership propelled an 18U team to national rankings in 2021 and 2025, and a ranking of #1 in the Northeast in 2025. Sanford also brought home his first RIIL State Championship as a Varsity Assistant Coach for Bishop Hendricken High School in 2025. He now serves as an Assistant Coach at Dean College.

Joe Coelho is entering his fifth year in the Devils program and serves as the Head Coach of our 16U Program. Over his tenure, Coelho has undertaken various roles and responsibilities. He has been instrumental in the recruitment process for all Devils athletes since the class of 2022, successfully getting 60+ Players to the collegiate level. In 2024, Coelho assumed complete responsibility for recruiting and successfully assembled the largest recruiting class in program history. Coelho also currently serves as the Varsity Head Coach at Times2 Academy.

Dom Brazeau joins the Rhode Island Devils Baseball Organization as the new 18U Head Coach. A former collegiate athlete, Brazeau played four years of Division 3 baseball as a right handed pitcher at Dean College. During his college career, Brazeau became the All-Time Strikeout Leader in Dean history. Formerly, Brazeau served as the Head Coach of the Mass Hurricanes 17U Program

Sean Howe enter his third season with the Devils program as the Head Coach for our 14U program. A former collegiate athlete, Howe played four years of Division 3 football at Bridgewater State University and possesses firsthand knowledge of the recruiting process. Currently, he also holds the position as the Director of Analytics at Dean College.
